By accessing or using mday.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

mday.io is a personal productivity and time tracking platform designed for remote workers. The Service includes task management, time logging, break tracking, weekly planning, and integrations with third-party tools such as Jira.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Free and Paid Plans

The Service offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription plans ("Pro") with additional capabilities. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly, semi-yearly, or yearly) at the prices displayed at the time of purchase. All prices are in the currency you select and include applicable taxes where required.

5. Free Trial

New users may receive a free trial period for the Pro plan. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment information is required to start a trial.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service without our permission
• Upload malicious content or code

8. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you create in the Service, including tasks, time logs, and notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Jira, Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mday.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
